Recorded in the summer of 2005 in a most sacred and inspirational space, Gray Bear Holistic Retreat Center. Gray Bear is nestled deep in the South Tennessee wilderness; completely isolated from the concrete world and surrounded by lush forests and natural springs.

Far from the stresses of a typical recording environment, the recording process for this CD was transformed into a holistic recording retreat complete with healing sessions in the wood fire sauna and hikes to the pristine waterfalls. This unique recording environment allowed to us capture the positive energy and spirit that we consciously put forth in our music.
